Are you planning a larp or a convention? And do you want to tell about it at KP?

For submitting an item, the following are required:
- Name of your item
- Date(s) of your item
- A host (or more)
- A Google slideshow (optional)
Depending on how many items are submitted, each item will get a maximum time for the presentation. You then have the stage for that amount of time; what you do with it is up to you. When the time is up, you need to stop and leave the stage for the next presenter.
If you have a slideshow, you don't have to bring a computer, since all slideshows will be collected in one big slideshow and executed from the organiser's computer. A clicker will be provided if needed.
If you have several items to present, please make a submission for each of them.
Your presentations will be after each other. However, if too many sign up, and you have more than one presentation, you might be asked to cut one or more presentations.
The deadline for submitting items is Wednesday, the 8th of April 2026, 23:59 CET.
