A week in... is the traditional, unofficial lead-up to the international larp conference Knutpunkt. A week in Gothenburg, or AWIG for short, will take place in Gothenburg from Monday 13th to Wednesday 15th of April, 2026, at various locations around the city. The programme usually includes Nordic Larp Talks, social events and larps. Sebastian Utbult is the coordinator for the programme and Karin Edman helps facilitate venues and contacts, but events are created by larpers both local and international. How AWIG works
It is important to remember that AWIG is not part of Knutpunkt or organized by the Knutpunkt crew, and that hotel accommodations and food is not included in this programme. We'll do our best to facilitate couch-surfing with local larpers however. Events are usually free of charge, unless otherwise stated. You do not have to be going to Knutpunkt in order to hang out or partake in the events during AWIG. Please note that some events might require you to sign up and there might be limited spots for participants. You'll find all the relevant information in our programme below.
